Kelly is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead high-impact, full-cycle searches across semiconductor, engineering, technology, manufacturing and select corporate roles. This is a 100% remote position based in the United States, aligned with Eastern Time.

You will partner with hiring leaders to translate priorities into recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates using SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Semiconductor-industry recruiting experience.
• Technical recruiting in engineering/ manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency with SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and Boolean searches.

Responsabilités

• Lead requisition intake and establish role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer support, and accepted-offer follow-through.
• Build and engage talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean search, referrals, and other approved sourcing channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate, source, disposition, notes, and requisition data in SmartRecruiters.
• Advise hiring leaders on pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and recruiting risks.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience and collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders.

Work arrangement: 100% remote

Time zone: Eastern Time (ET)

Assignment: Initial 6-month project

Pay Rate: $50/hour

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead high-impact, full-cycle searches across semiconductor, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and select corporate roles.

You’ll partner with hiring leaders to translate business priorities into targeted recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates in competitive technical markets. The ideal candidate brings deep semiconductor recruiting experience, disciplined execution in SmartRecruiters, and the ability to proactively source and engage passive talent.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requisition intake and establish role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer support, and accepted-offer follow-through.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated semiconductor-industry recruiting experience.
• Technical recruiting experience in engineering, technology, manufacturing, product, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with SmartRecruiters, including workflows, database searches, reporting, dispositioning, and data quality.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including search, projects, pipeline development, and candidate outreach.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and conducting Boolean searches.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, prioritization, written communication, and candidate-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for NAND, SSD, firmware, ASIC, device, design, product, process, validation, or manufacturing engineering roles.
• Experience with talent mapping or recruiting analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
