Job Juncture is seeking a Senior Recruiter for an onsite hybrid role in Brooklyn. You will manage multiple requisitions, source top talent, and drive full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance.

This is a high-impact, hands-on position requiring close collaboration with hiring managers to shape talent strategies and maintain recruitment momentum. You will excel at building pipelines, closing difficult roles, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.
