Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop tenured team members.
• Comfort with full hiring authority and performance management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team on a day-to-day basis.
• Own job board strategy, database management, and candidate pipeline health.
• Set and track placement targets, holding the team accountable to them.
• Make hiring and performance decisions for the department.
• Serve as the primary owner for recruiting operations, reporting to the owner.
