Job summary

The role requires 5-8+ years in recruiting within manufacturing or supply chain, excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and selling abilities, and proficiency with MS Office for data and reporting.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, networking, job boards, social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

• Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, networking, social media, etc.


• Screen candidates resumes and job applications and conducts interviews


• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8+ years of experience recruiting in Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. good negotiation skills, and ability to sell.


• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews


• Strong Microsoft Office products and ability to do spreadsheet data
