Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to deliver high quality candidates and hires across the organization.
  • Leverage technologies to drive process efficiencies and improvements.
  • Identify candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Enhance relationships with operations with consultative advice.
  • Monitor market trends and leverage research tools to address needs.
  • Evaluate structure, processes, and tools in talent acquisition to meet hiring priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop the Company brand for recruiting needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations across recruitment.
  • Improve interviewing and selection skills for managers.
  • Identify opportunities to implement cost-effective improvements and ROI.
  • Regularly assess Talent Acquisition technology, tools, systems, programs, and processes.
  • Analyze data on recruiting, performance and retention to improve processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Recruiter drives continuous process improvement and manages the entire recruitment life cycle across the organization. This role is pivotal in sourcing and delivering top-tier talent to meet business needs within a dynamic, high-growth, and project-driven environment. The Recruiter partners with stakeholders to implement innovative strategies, ensuring the timely placement of quality candidates while enhancing operational efficiency and supporting organizational growth.

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Work closely with operations to provide guidance to deliver high quality candidates and hires across the organization
  • Leveraging existing technologies and tools to drive process efficiencies and improvements
  • Identifying knowledge, skills, and abilities of ideal candidates
  • Enhancing relationships with operations by providing consultative advice and influencing outcomes
  • Maintain awareness of market and industry trends that will impact service deliverables and leverage research tools and resources to recommend actions to address
  • Evaluate the structure, processes, and tools needed within the talent acquisition function in order to meet aggressive and timely hiring priorities for exempt and non-exempt hiring needs.
  • Working with the internal Marketing team to help drive the development of the Company’s brand and develop strategies and tactics to effectively manage the brand both internally and externally relative to recruiting needs.
  • Accountable for the compliance with all federal, state regulations concerning all phases of the recruitment process. Ensure appropriate controls, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Enhance the interviewing and selection skills for the company’s managers.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and implement cost effective improvements that drive more operational efficiency and effectiveness, and develop appropriate business case and ROI to support proposed recommendations.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Resource Management or other relatable degree.
  • Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures
  • Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in a talent acquisition and/or talent management function within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience and proven success building and/or expanding talent acquisition functions, which includes developing strategies, tactics and measurements to manage high volume recruiting at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated past success leading significant organizational-wide change initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
  • Strong working knowledge of web search engine/tools, social media, applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead process improvement teams.
  • Proven ability to build consult, partner, and influence senior leaders across the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and work overtime if warranted).
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work may be performed 90% of the time in an office environment environment up to 10% attending career fairs bi-annually.
  • Is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
  • Is occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
