We want to be the world's go-to omnichannel lifestyle shop - a place that embodies service and style, accessibility and luxury, and, for us, the very best of everything.

Most excitingly, our story is still unfolding, and incredible growth opportunities lie ahead...

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our retail locations, with an eventual focus on company-wide talent needs. Your role will include refining our recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building a pipeline of exceptional talent while ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for all candidates and hiring managers. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless, efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing:Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for retail roles across regional markets, leveraging job boards, networking, career fairs, social media, and other innovative methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Interview & Process Management:Manage the interview process for store roles, partnering with hiring managers & leadership to assess candidates, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
    • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:Work closely with hiring managers to align on staffing needs, improve recruitment strategies, optimize processes & ultimately increase customer satisfaction.
    • Support Company Growth:Initially focus on retail hiring with the potential to support broader organizational recruitment needs as the company grows.

WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS?

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on retail or hospitality preferred, especially for high-service brands.
  • Proficiency in job boards and optimizing job postings for maximum reach and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and methods, including Boolean search techniques, social media recruiting, and employment branding.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of employees, from store associates to company leadership.
  • Demonstrated managerial courage with the ability to influence hiring managers & leadership at various levels.
  • Experience with paid job advertising and performance tracking.
