Job summary

Foundations to Freedom Inc. seeks a Dual Senior CRPS / Case Manager to lead the CRPS team under the Program Director, balancing staff supervision, facility operations, and direct client case management with a focus on recovery-informed care.

The role oversees Care Coordinators and peer staff, managing client care plans from intake to discharge while ensuring safety and administrative integrity across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CRPS designation, or in the application process.
• Minimum of 2 years of recovery from a substance use or co-occurring disorder.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Care Coordinator or in a community-based recovery setting.
• Minimum of 1 year supervising peer staff.
• Successful completion of Level II background screening and drug screenings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with electronic record systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ethical boundary skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly one-on-one supervision with CRPS team members.
• Facilitate weekly group supervision to promote collaboration.
• Support team development and ethical problem-solving.
• Manage Care Coordinators; report progress to the House Director and conduct evaluations.
• Monitor training activities to ensure certification compliance.
• Identify and enroll team members in monthly professional development.
• Act as primary liaison between the CRPS team and other departments.
