Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.
• CRSW Licensure.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff on programming operations and service line delivery.
• Manage contract delivery and ensure metrics and outcomes are met.
• Oversee center operations including scheduling, events, outreach, and facilities.
• Support budget maintenance and spending expectations.
• Develop and oversee volunteer programming.
• Contract performance oversight and data reporting.
