Job summary

The PMHCC, Inc. is seeking a Lead Certified Recovery Specialist to oversee JOH project peers, mentor staff, and coordinate services for members re-entering the community.

This role emphasizes recovery coaching, coordination with clinical staff, and building durable community ties for sustained wellness. Ideal candidates bring lived experience with homelessness, CRS credential, and a commitment to multiple recovery pathways, including MOUD and harm reduction.

Qualifications

• Must have CRS credential/certification.
• Willing to obtain CRSS credential within 9 months of hire.
• GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship to JOH peer staff and participants.
• Lead JOH Peer Staff Team; mentor and coach PSW/CRS staff.
• Assist with scheduling and field shadowing for PSW/CRS staff.
• Build authentic peer-to-peer relationships through shared recovery experiences.
• Help members identify goals, resources, and supports for sustained recovery.
• Coordinate with JOH staff to meet member needs and document encounters.
