Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field desired or two years’ experience in human services may be substituted.
• Recovery Coach trained and Recovery Coach Supervisor trained.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct client services and carry a minimal caseload.
• Interact with local and community service networks to enhance the public relations of the facility, and increase community services.
• Coordinate with other departments/facilities to enhance and ensure quality care.
• Facilitate Recovery Coach Academy trainings for recovery coaches as assigned.
• Supervise program staff and maintain supervisory notes and staff evaluations.
• Must become a Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator (RCP-F) within 1 year of employment.
