Qualifications

• Must present as courteous and professional at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas clearly.
• Proficient computer skills; able to learn and train on EHRs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Understanding of substance use and mental health issues and related self-help programs.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client services and carry a minimal caseload with assessment and treatment planning.
• Interact with local networks to enhance community services and public relations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure quality care.
• Attend program meetings and train staff as assigned.
• Develop performance goals and supervise recovery coaches.
