Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks a Recovery Coach to support individuals with substance use recovery in southeastern Massachusetts. The role requires delivering emotional and social support, helping Members build recovery skills, and connecting them with treatment and peer recovery resources.

Travel across southeastern MA is required, with initial work in Plymouth and eventual move to Hyannis as programs open.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and lived experience with substance use and recovery.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and able to learn EMR systems.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations (HIPAA) and addiction services systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and social support to Members.
• Assist Members in developing recovery-related skills and connections.
• Support Members in accessing treatment, peer recovery services, and community resources.
• Document patient engagements in the EHR system and maintain productivity.
