Job summary

Phase2 Technology seeks a Supervisory Records Examiner/Analyst to support the DEA mission. You will supervise staff, analyze data from multiple sources, and implement procedures to improve workflow and quality.

The role requires strong written and spoken communication, solid organizational skills, and supervisory experience. A background in asset forfeiture or law-enforcement related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience demonstrated in past roles.
• Working knowledge of legal system and legal research tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes data from multiple sources.
• Supervises staff and coordinates with support components to meet objectives.
• Monitors work to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Develops procedures to troubleshoot workflow and improve timeliness.
• Tracks case files, exhibits, and other materials.
• Prepares reports and keeps management informed.
