Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains physical files.
• Keeps track of case file status to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinates requests for additional information as needed.
• Selects relevant information to prepare documents and reports, ensuring accuracy.
• Performs word processing relevant to case.
• Provides accurate and timely status updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
