Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support the FBI mission. The role involves reviewing and entering data, creating case files, and managing case data systems. You will ensure data accuracy and timely status updates while complying with deadlines and customer requirements.

The position requires an undergraduate degree or a high school diploma with two years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. U.S.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, or HS diploma/GED with two years' experience.
• One year experience in asset forfeiture or related law enforcement field (including legal and military).
• Ability to grasp and understand the customer organization and functions.
• Demonstrated project and workload management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related software; advanced preferred.
• Strong customer service commitment and flexibility.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism.
• U.S. Citizenship and a 7- or 10-year background investigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates data from multiple sources.
• Confirms completeness of data and resolves inconsistencies.
• Accurately enters data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Creates case/project files.
• Manages validation and verification of case files and data systems.
• Keeps track of case file status to meet deadlines.
• Manages requests for additional information as needed.
• Selects relevant information to prepare documents and reports.
• Produces reports and correspondence using word processing software.
• Provides accurate and timely status updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
