Ultimate Staffing seeks an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager for a leading California construction firm. The role guides projects from award to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality while coordinating with HOAs, property managers, clients, and subcontractors.

You will lead planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation, leveraging Procore, Bluebeam, Timberline, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years reconstruction project management experience, preferably with HOA/community projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Advanced Excel skills (assessment required).
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Timberline, Procore, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout.
• Manage project finances, billing, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Work closely with HOA boards, property managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate project teams, including Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and Homeowner Liaisons.
• Prepare and manage contracts, permits, project documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Lead client communication, project meetings, and progress updates.
• Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain project records and reporting.
• Support estimating and bidding efforts as needed.
