Reconstruction Experts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex reconstruction projects, mentor teams, and ensure delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage multi-site programs, maintain budget control, safety, and quality while collaborating with clients and engineers. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–7+ years of construction or reconstruction experience on complex, high-value projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word, Revu Bluebeam, and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with Design-Build delivery methods preferred.
• High School Diploma required; degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Champion jobsite safety through inspections and compliance enforcement.
• Oversee quality control, field operations, and subcontractor performance.
• Develop and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and estimates.
• Drive effective client communication and build long-term partnerships.
• Travel regionally as needed; represent the company at client meetings and site visits.
• Mentor junior project managers and field teams; monitor risk and change orders.
