We build high-end custom homes, remodels, and additions along the Orange County coast, working directly with clients, architects, and engineers. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of multiple projects and deliver them on schedule and on budget.

What you’ll own

• Full project delivery from preconstruction through closeout: bids, buyout, subcontracts, schedules, and daily site leadership.
• Several concurrent projects, with accountability for schedule, budget, and margin on each.
• The schedule: anticipate risks, resequence work, and drive decisions so every job finishes on or ahead of time.
• The numbers: budgets, allowances, change orders, and margin forecasts, with measurable savings through value engineering and smart buyout.
• Client and team leadership: run client and team meetings, coordinate submittals and long‑lead items, and send weekly written updates to ownership on schedule, budget, risks, and milestones.

What you bring

• [7+] years managing high‑end residential construction in Southern California, New construction, remodels, and large‑scale additions.
• A track record of delivering projects profitably, with budgets, buyouts, and change orders you managed yourself.
• Expert plan reading and strong working knowledge of CA codes, city/county inspections, and Cal/OSHA.
• Fluency with construction PM software (JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, Google Drive, or similar). Open to making use of AI to improve efficiency and productivity
• Polished, tactful communication with discerning clients, design teams, and trades.
• You live in Orange County (required).

Compensation

$120,000 - $130,000
