Job summary

Entrust Corporation, headquartered in Minnesota, seeks a Senior Receiving Inspector to support manufacturing, supply chain, and new product development by inspecting products and materials for conformance and assisting in resolving quality issues.

You will work from blueprints and change notices to determine acceptance, perform material testing, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance in daily activities. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Industrial metrology, broad measurement equipment and mechanical drawings interpretation proficiency.
• Experienced in data analysis and problem solving.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, throughout shift.
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.
• Desire to drive for excellent results in all facets of the job.

Responsibilities

• Determine acceptance, rejection, or rework requirements from blueprints, models, change notices, or procedures.
• Sample and test raw materials and incoming products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Approve usage of components and parts to meet quality standards.
• Support and maintain ISO 9001 certification through daily activities.
• Halt processes that could affect product or service quality.
• Work with quality engineers to improve part specification clarity and metrology processes.
• Assist engineering team to resolve parts quality issues on the floor.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective.
• Work independently and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Present mitigation paths for risk areas.
• Serve as a point of contact for other Operations teams.
