Job summary

SEAKR Engineering seeks a motivated Quality Control Receiving Inspector to inspect high-reliability Mechanical and/or electrical components. You will verify documentation, perform dimensional and electrical inspections, and manage receipts and non-conforming inventory across systems.

The role reports to Receiving Inspection Supervisor in Product Assurance and requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years in product assurance/inspection (receiving, in-process, or final QC) in electronics manufacturing
• Ability to pass NASA/JPL and IPC J-STD inspection certification tests including vision tests
• Basic knowledge of dimensional inspection tools
• Ability to interpret and apply engineering documentation

Responsibilities

• Verify documentation, materials, and products meet PO and drawing requirements
• Perform basic dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, etc.
• Perform basic electrical inspections including continuity testing per drawings
• Manage multiple receipts across locations, in both physical and electronic systems
• Navigate ERP to review, route, and disposition non-conforming product or electronic inventory transactions
• Track and document arrival reports
• Process and manage supplier RMAs
• Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and procedures
• Participate on internal continuous improvement teams
