Job summary

EPC Power is seeking a QA Lead for Receiving Inspection to guide the team, ensure incoming materials meet requirements, and drive quality improvements. You will coordinate inspection activities, verify CofCs and test reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and compliance with ISO 9001, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and supporting supplier quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with incoming inspection, supplier quality, and nonconforming material processes.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Receiving Inspectors.
• Coordinate material disposition for accepted, rejected, and suspect material.
• Support supplier quality initiatives and drive compliance to inspection procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits and develop inspection work instructions.
• Escalate significant quality risks impacting production, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
