Job summary

The Ohio State University College of Dentistry is seeking a Receiving and Distribution Senior Coordinator to support Clinic Administration and the Instrument Management Services team. This role leads the second shift, coordinates stocking for third and fourth floor student clinics, and ensures inventory accuracy across labs and supply rooms.

You will train associates, handle shipments, and assist with building mailings while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2 years’ inventory control experience required.
• 4–6 years inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office in a business environment is desired.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock and verify third and fourth floor clinics, labs, and supply rooms.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; manage inventory accuracy.
• Train second shift associates and resolve after-hours issues.
• Perform weekly safety and cleanliness checks in labs and storage areas.
• Greet visitors and support campus departments with deliveries as needed.
