Job summary

The Ohio State University College of Dentistry seeks a Receiving and Distribution Senior Coordinator to join the Instrument Management Services on the 2nd shift. This role leads on the floor, coordinates stocking, and supports receiving and distribution across the clinic floors and labs.

Responsibilities include supervising second shift, inventory control, and training associates while ensuring safe handling of chemicals and supplies. Regular 40-hour schedule with potential weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2 years’ inventory control experience.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate receiving shipments and stocking on clinic floors.
• Monitor and manage perpetual inventory in IMS/Stores.
• Assist with stocking operatories, supply rooms, and carts; train second-shift staff.
