Job summary

Fanatics Live is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to keep the Live and Instant Rip experiences reliable in real time. You will triage issues during shows, drive incident response, and build dashboards and runbooks to strengthen operations.

This hands-on role focuses on durability, tooling, and automation across teams as the platform scales globally. Hybrids and real-time reporting systems power the live marketplace for collectors and sellers.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack proficiency.
• Experience building reliable live/real-time platforms.
• Comfort with cloud, CI/CD, and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Triage and diagnose live show or Instant Rip issues in real time.
• Own end-to-end incident response and postmortems.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and SLOs for live products.
• Build tools enabling operations to self-serve tasks.
• Lead reliability work across multiple engineering teams.
