Job summary

Aimlroles seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead real-time, production-grade AI systems on dairy data. You will architect scalable pipelines, oversee AI governance, and drive ML adoption across product, dairy science, and engineering teams.

You will apply statistical and ML techniques, design experiments, and ship AI-enabled customer-facing tooling, with a focus on reliability and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience designing, building and deploying production AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with complex data, distributed systems, inconsistent schemas.
• Experience with feature engineering, model selection, experimentation and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of descriptive, predictive, prescriptive and generative AI.
• Experience applying techniques across statistics, optimization, ML and DL.
• Experience taking models from experimentation to production deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and cloud-based AI services.
• Experience with AWS and/or Databricks.
• Experience with agentic architectures, MCP and AI orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable, real-time AI/ML production systems.
• Collaborate with product, dairy science, and engineering leadership to align AI strategy with business goals.
• Define AI governance, guardrails, security and privacy in development workflows.
• Benchmark, monitor and improve model performance in production environments.
• Build tooling for observability, testing, and deployment automation.
