Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a senior IT leader to deploy, operate, and continually improve AI-enabled platforms in production. The role ensures reliable, scalable services with enterprise-grade protections and supports critical business applications.

You will drive automation, establish SRE practices, manage incidents, and collaborate with application teams, platform engineering, and IT operations to ensure production readiness and ongoing service assurance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT, cloud/platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related areas including production AI/ML platforms, CI/CD, IaC.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI/ML solutions into production using repeatable release processes.
• Build and maintain automated pipelines across development, testing, production.
• Own operations of AI-enabled platforms ensuring availability and performance.
• Establish SRE practices including high availability, capacity planning, auto-scaling, redundancy.
