Datasite is seeking a senior AI engineer to build and improve AI capabilities across products used for executive decision-making. You will work hands-on with ML engineering, experiment with modern AI methods, and integrate AI workflows into production systems.

You will collaborate with software, product, and data teams, ensuring secure, scalable deployments across remote and on-prem environments. The role emphasizes mentorship and advancing AI capabilities across the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on AI/ML in production.
• Strong Python development and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and AI orchestration.
• Experience with containers and modern delivery (Docker, CI/CD, Git).
• Familiarity with security and compliance for production AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI components and production pipelines.
• Experiment with advanced AI approaches and turn methods into product features.
• Integrate AI capabilities with wider software and product systems.
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security of AI workflows.
• Support on-premises AI deployments and compliant infrastructure.
• Share engineering practices and mentor colleagues.
