Job summary

ATF in Portland, OR seeks a Chief of the Real Property Branch within the Property and Logistics Division. The incumbent oversees real estate leasing, building operations and maintenance, and leads a team of professionals to improve policies, plans, and systems affecting the Bureau's realty program.

This senior role requires directing staff, developing formal procedures, and preparing financial and budget documents, while representing ATF in interagency discussions and ensuring effective mission

Qualifications

• Experience supervising realty or facilities management staff.
• Experience developing realty and building operations policies and procedures.
• Experience preparing financial reports, budget requests, and managing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides leadership to staff related to realty and building operations.
• Represents the Bureau as the facilities management authority in interagency conferences.
• Conducts cost-benefit analyses and prepares budget justifications for the Branch and for centrally controlled items for the Bureau.
