Job summary

ATF is seeking a Chief, Real Property Branch within the Property and Logistics Division to lead realty and building operations and maintenance programs. The role oversees staff and drives policy development and performance management to improve branch efficiency.

The incumbent represents ATF in interagency meetings, conducts cost-benefit analyses, and prepares budget requests and justifications to support branch operations and bureau priorities.

Qualifications

• Supervises staff related to realty and building operations.
• Initiates and directs realty and building operations policies and procedures.
• Prepares financial reports, budget requests, and manages contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides leadership to staff relating to realty and building operations.
• Represents the Bureau as the facilities management authority in interagency, high-level Federal Government conferences and meetings.
• Conducts cost benefit analysis and prepares budget requests and budget justifications for the Branch and for centrally controlled items for the Bureau, and justifies and defends budget requests submitted.
