Job summary

ATF in Oklahoma City is seeking a Supervisory Realty Specialist at the GS-15 level to lead the Real Property Branch within the Property and Logistics Division of the Office of Management. You will oversee realty and building operations, supervise staff, and drive improvements in policies, plans, and procedures.

The role requires developing budgets, preparing financial reports and justifying budget requests, and managing contracts to support agency facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience demonstrated in the normal line of progression or related to the work of the position advertised and reflected in resume.
• To qualify for this position at the GS-15 grade level, candidates must meet the specialized experience by the closing date, including supervisory leadership and policy development for realty/building operations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes performance standards and prepares performance evaluations of subordinate supervisors, and completes the full range of supervisory functions to plan and control work, reassign work, develop and appraise performance, and recommend promotions, awards, etc.
• Represents the Bureau as the facilities management authority in interagency, high-level Federal Government conferences and meetings.
• Conducts cost benefit analysis and prepares budget requests and budget justifications for the Branch and for centrally controlled items for the Bureau, and justifies and defends budget requests submitted.
