Job summary

The incumbent serves as the Chief, Real Property Branch, Property and Logistics Division, Office of Management, and is responsible for the Bureau's Real Estate Leasing and Building Operations and Maintenance. Oversees staff and managerial work to improve policies, plans, methods, and systems of the Real Property Branch.

Provides leadership in cost-benefit analysis, budget requests, and interagency representation, ensuring effective facilities management for the Bureau.

Qualifications

• Supervises and provides leadership to staff in realty and building operations.
• Develops and implements realty and building operations policies and procedures.
• Prepares financial reports, budget requests, and manages contracts.

Responsibilities

• Establishes performance standards and evaluates subordinate supervisors.
• Represents the Bureau in interagency, high-level federal meetings.
• Conducts cost-benefit analysis and justifies budget requests.
