Job summary

The incumbent serves as the Chief, Real Property Branch, Property and Logistics Division, Office of Management, responsible for the Bureau’s Real Estate Leasing and Building Operations and Maintenance. They oversee staff and managerial work related to realty and building operations and promoting improvements in policies and procedures.

The role directs policy development, budget requests, and contract management, ensuring efficient facilities operations to support agency missions.

Qualifications

• Supervises and provides leadership to staff in realty and building operations.
• Initiates and directs development of realty and building operations policies and procedures.
• Prepares financial reports, budget requests, budget justifications, and manages contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff and managerial work related to realty and building operations and maintenance actions.
• Represents the Bureau in high-level interagency conferences on facilities management.
• Conducts cost analyses and justifies budget requests for the Branch and centrally controlled items.
