Job summary
Altus Group in New York City is seeking a Senior Analyst, Real Estate Valuation to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will work on institutional-grade commercial real estate portfolios, supporting valuation consulting, appraisal review, financial due diligence, and investment managed services.
You will collaborate with experienced professionals, develop your analytical and modelling skills, and gain exposure to industry-standard tools while contributing to client engagements in a
Qualifications
- A university or college degree in Commerce, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Experience with financial modeling and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Argus Enterprise or similar valuation tools.
- Strong numerical and data interpretation skills.
Responsibilities
- Support valuation and advisory assignments across real estate portfolios.
- Conduct research and analyze market data.
- Assist with financial analysis and cash flow modeling using Excel and Argus.
- Collaborate with Analysts, Directors, clients, and appraisers.
- Support acquisitions, lending, asset management, and portfolio valuation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate reporting and data management in internal systems.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Continue building industry expertise through mentorship and development.
