Altus Group is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Consultant for its Growing New York practice. You will manage valuation management engagements for institutional real estate funds while acting as a trusted partner to clients and third-party appraisers.

This hybrid role requires two days per week onsite at our New York office. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and experience in valuation and advisory, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline; experience in commercial real estate valuation or related advisory environment.
• Highly proficient in Excel and strong working knowledge of Argus Enterprise.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation and advisory engagements for institutional real estate funds.
• Lead financial analysis and valuation review work, preparing financial models.
