Altus Group is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Consultant (Remote) to lead end-to-end valuation processes across property types, coordinate with Analysts and GSC, and ensure USPAP-compliant valuations. The role focuses on market data, income approaches, and appraiser coordination.

You will review third-party reports, build valuation models, and guide delivery with stakeholders, while leveraging Altus Intelligence Academy resources.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and drive the delivery process within the Delivery pod (Analysts & GSC) to ensure timely, accurate administrative tasks for Altus/client engagements.
• Review market data and analyses to apply USPAP guidelines for market value estimates; support income approaches, adjustments, and conclusions.
• Independently initiate end-to-end valuation processes across multiple asset classes, including land, developments, industrial, retail, and office properties.
• Review third-party appraisal reports for USPAP compliance and discuss findings with clients and 3rd party appraisers.
• Own data ownership and market analysis, forming valuations with guidance from market experts and recent leasing data.
