Responsibilities

• Become Argus Certified and grow knowledge within the Commercial Real Estate field.
• Work on real estate property projects and gain insights into valuations.
• Prepare cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise.
• Perform administrative tasks that drive the client appraisal process.
• Review third-party reports and validate ARGUS cash-flow models.
