Job summary

BCLP is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in Irvine. The role supports attorneys in commercial real estate, acquisitions, real estate finance, leasing, and development under supervision of the Associate Director of Paralegals and Real Estate Team Lead.

Locations include Irvine, with potential travel. The candidate should have 6–10 years’ RE transactional experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• 6-10 years’ experience with RE transactional work including title and survey projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and closing of real estate transactions (sales, purchases, leases, mortgage financing).
• Review title commitments, title documents and surveys.
• Draft and edit transaction documents, closing documents and loan documents.
