Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate Transactions to lead complex deals across sales, leases, purchases and development agreements. You will manage the deal team, coordinate with strategic planning, legal, operations and finance, and serve as the single point of contact to bring projects to completion.

This hybrid role covers nationwide market studies, KPI tracking, and negotiations with landlords, buyers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA or advanced real estate degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate transactions from an owners perspective including sales, leases, purchases, and developments.
• Identify and execute monetization opportunities within the portfolio (1M–100M).
• End-to-end responsibility for transactions; coordinate with landlords, owners, purchasers and GRE teams.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses (lease vs buy, buyouts, investments).
• Draft CAS documents for senior management approval.
