Job summary

You will manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients, including leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions and dispositions, collaborating with local brokerage teams to secure favorable terms.

You will lead complex transaction strategies, coordinate negotiations, and ensure cross-team integration while upholding CBRE's standards and client goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate transactions including leases and dispositions.
• Ability to manage client relationships and maintain service standards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals and market conditions.
• Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients; review terms.
• Negotiate leases, amendments, and track expirations; coordinate field broker activity.
• Secure new properties meeting client requirements and timelines; manage forecasts and accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate service lines and report performance.
• Contribute to process improvements and develop better methods to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise in real estate transactions and mentor others in the function.
• Lead by example and persuade senior stakeholders to adopt optimal viewpoints.
• Impact project outcomes across multi-discipline teams within policy guidelines.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to influence decisions.
