Responsibilities

• Negotiating transactions from an owners perspective including sales, site requirements, subleases and more.
• Identify and monetize opportunities within the portfolio for deals ranging up to $100M.
• End-to-end responsibility for all transactions and single point of contact to third parties.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses: lease vs buy, buyout, and related items.
• Ensure funding and scope are identified; draft CAS documents for approvals.
• Negotiate acquisitions, dispositions, and subleases; lead market studies nationwide.
