Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a dispersed portfolio of real estate locations. The role can be remote or hybrid, coordinating negotiations, market data, and client communications.

You will prepare summaries, manage documents, and ensure timely transaction information across systems. The ideal candidate has a real estate salesperson license and 2+ years in transaction management, with strong organizational and reporting skills to support the transactions

Qualifications

• Must hold state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate documents, such as leases and purchase agreements.
• 2+ years real estate transaction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, i.e. Brokers.
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices.
• Coordinate financial analysis and input commission information into systems.
• Assist with reporting functions and portfolio reporting for clients.
