Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a distributed portfolio of real estate locations. This role is remote or hybrid, coordinating with transactions management professionals.

Key responsibilities include tracking lease expirations, managing transactions and brokers, preparing summaries, collecting market data, and supporting reporting and client communications.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents (lease, SNDA, estoppel, etc.).
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and brokers involved.
• Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrixes.
• Coordinate financial analysis and input commission information into revenue systems.
• Assist with market data, research and portfolio reporting for clients.
