Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator (Remote or Hybrid) to provide operational coordination for a global client portfolio.

You will support the transactions management professionals, track lease expirations, and assist with documentation, market data, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients. Qualifications

• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents.
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and brokers.
• Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrices.
• Coordinate financial analysis and market data for presentations.
• Input commission data and assist with reporting functions.
