Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to operate in a remote or hybrid setting. You will provide operational coordination for a dispersed portfolio of real estate locations worldwide, supporting transactions management professionals.

You will track deadlines, manage smaller transactions, prepare summaries, and support data reporting and client communications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery across broker and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read commercial real estate transaction documents (leases, SNDA, estoppel, etc.).
• 2+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, such as brokers.
• Support the transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices.
• Gather data and market information from research and brokers.
• Coordinate financial analysis and assist in market and demographic presentations.
• Coordinate and input commission information into the revenue reporting system.
• Assist with portfolio reporting and KPI tracking.
