Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a distributed portfolio of real estate locations worldwide. This remote or hybrid position focuses on transaction management, client service, and coordination across multiple teams and brokers.

The role requires a state real estate salesperson license and 2+ years of related experience, with a strong emphasis on document handling, market data gathering, and financial analysis to support ongoing transactions.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents such as lease, purchase & sale agreements, sublease, SNDA, estoppel, assignment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, e.g. Brokers.
• Support transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.
• Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrices.
• Gather data and real estate market information from research and brokers.
• Coordinate financial analysis and drafts/edits of RFPs and LOIs.
• Process all requests for service or client initiation documents and co-broker/agent engagement letters.
• Facilitate commission invoicing and input into revenue reporting system.
• Assist with reporting functions including KPI tracking and portfolio reporting.
