Qualifications

• At least 3 years of solid transactional real estate experience (large law firm preferred).
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, financing, real estate development, land use, zoning, and leasing.
• Excellent oral and research skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Ability to manage small-to-mid sized matters or portions of large matters and work well on a team.
