Job summary

International Law Firm in Philadelphia seeks a mid-to-senior Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its office. The role features a broad transactional practice across acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, development, land use and leasing.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of transactional CRE experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and Pennsylvania admission or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3 years of transactional commercial real estate experience.
• Strong acquisitions and dispositions experience.
• Experience with development and/or commercial leasing.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Pennsylvania admission or ability to obtain admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Advise on real estate financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
• Work on land-use and zoning matters.
• Conduct and oversee real estate due diligence.
• Draft purchase, sale and financing documents.
• Independently manage smaller transactions and substantial elements of larger transactions.
• Liaise directly with clients, lenders, counterparties and third-party advisers.
