Reed Smith LLP seeks a Mid-to-Senior-Level Associate to join the Real Estate Group in our Philadelphia or Miami office. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of solid transactional real estate experience, with a focus on acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.

Strong oral and research skills are essential, as is the ability to manage matters and work well on a team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of solid transactional real estate experience.
• Large law firm experience preferred, but boutique or mid-size real estate experience considered.
• Strong oral and research skills; ability to communicate with clients, opposing counsel and third parties.
• Ability to manage small-to-mid sized matters, or portions of large matters, effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Focus on acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to advance real estate transactions.
• Provide timely, accurate advice and documentation for real estate deals.
