Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager in the United States to oversee real estate transactions including leases, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions for commercial clients. The role involves coordinating with local brokerage teams to secure favorable terms in a remote position aligned to East Coast and Central time zones.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in real estate transactions, a real estate salesperson license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of real estate transactions or related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience with life sciences or pharmaceutical is a plus.
• Real Estate salesperson license required.
• Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and strong numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients.
• Negotiate sales through field brokers and manage lease amendments and expirations.
• Secure high-value properties meeting client timelines and needs.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to align service lines and track activity.
