Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a dispersed real estate portfolio in a remote or hybrid capacity.

You will coordinate transactions, track lease expirations, and prepare client-ready negotiation summaries and LOIs. Responsibilities include client service, data gathering, market research, financial analysis, and drafting RFPs/CO-Broker engagement letters while ensuring timely data across databases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, i.e. Brokers.
• Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrixes.
• Assist in market and demographic information preparation for presentations.
